The spiritual teachings within this booklet both challenge our humanity/spirituality and directly confront our ego’s rule over our lives.

Avadhuta means “liberated soul” and Gita translates into “song”. So, the Avadhuta Gita is the “Song of the Liberated Soul”. This ancient non-dual tome expresses the intuitive realization of the Oneness of Ultimate Reality. I have no motive for releasing this adaptation of the Avadhuta Gita except for it to find those souls who have grown tired of their repetitive conditioned existences and superficial egocentric lives and are starting to become aware of two great spiritual facts. The first is “we are not who we think we are”. And the second being “there are no others”.

This edition is titled Ascending from the Ruins of Delusion because the biggest obstacle for seekers to awaken within Ultimate Reality is their inability to recognize and detach from their delusional egocentric self and its entangled relationship with the illusory socially conditioned world. Thus, many of the teachings and observations selected for this work deal with that vital theme.
